DIGITAL SOCIAL MANAGER - Brancher X Agency

· Be responsible for planning social media strategy, managing content publish on a variety of platforms
· Manage and optimize acquisition and engagement campaigns day-to-day across social publishers
· Develop and own paid social strategy to align with subscriber acquisition goals and initiatives
· Build up partnerships with KOLs
· Always stay up-to-date of target audience trends and behaviors, including digital and social channels to improve brand's performance and its campaigns efficiency
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
· Optimize and manage budget across publishers and tactics to deliver positive return on marketing spend
· Monitor, analyze and interpret data in consistency with business indicators specific to our industry via weekly, monthly or quarterly report
· Ensure campaigns are continuously optimized to meet and exceed short-term and long-term acquisition goals
· Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
· Co-ordinating and working with internal data & insight specialists for reports
· Working with other teams to maximize research for content planning
· Undertaking content and audience research tasks set
· Responsible for devising strategy, community management, creative directing, customer service, copywriting, and analyzing data
· Brief & work with 3rd party (media, social listening, social management platform, community, research) to crawl and process all relevant data, consolidate report and give final learnings and recommendations from strategic communication POV
· Training/ coaching for social team members based on their specific needs;
· Well-supervise and keep close communication with all team members through on-daily-jobs
