Working as a Digital Specialist here means:
In addition to being a key cog in the wheel of our service delivery, you are a master at solving problems and developing and executing digital projects. Wisdom Agency, being an integrated agency, is always busy with IMC projects spanning several categories, from ATL to BTL. In addition, the ATL projects that are now underway rely heavily on digital components.
So it means that you are good at:
Most frequent duties
Examine consumer requirements and objectives in order to develop suitable digital media strategies.
Gather and evaluate project data to enhance project efficiency and results.
Collaborate extensively with various departments, including Account, Planner, Content, and Art, to meticulously plan, estimate costs, and implement advertising campaigns.
Suggest enhancements and implement functionalities based on campaign specifications.
Manage, monitor and enhance advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, Zalo, and TikTok platforms to guarantee the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department in generating monthly, quarterly, and project-end reports.
Examine the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of website construction initiatives.
Presenting guidelines and methodologies for the creation and organization of wireframes in website design.
Assume the role of a consultant and offer expert guidance to the Digital team, if it exists.
Occasional duties
Having a proficiency in implementing SEO is beneficial.
Collaborate with Editorial teams to enhance search engine optimization (SEO) in the process of creating content.
Suggest modifications to the website's structure, content, linking, and other elements to enhance the ranking of specific keywords.
Other tasks assigned by Account Manager/ BOD.
...And you have:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in advertising or a similar profession.
Language proficiency:
Good skills in both English & Vietnamese is a plus.
Working experience:
One year of comparable job experience.
Understanding of market trends and digital technologies
A general comprehension and familiarity with digital marketing
Extensive familiarity with digital media, particularly with search and social media platforms like Facebook, Google, and others
Capabilities:
