Mô tả công việc
As a member of the Marketing Team, following a design brief, stylists use their creative skills to produce visually appealing displays, photo shoots or outfits. This is a fast-changing, highly-pressurised role that would suit someone that thrives on being busy, solving problems, collaborating with others and using their creative flair.
Content management
Work closely with internal teams to participate in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming to conceptual development, thereby contributing creative strategies.
Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh vision that connects with the desired audience and drives action.
Develops engaging, creative, innovative image/videos for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
Understand the concept behind creative work and how it achieves client and business goals.
Stay on top of trends through business/industry monitoring and outside resources.
Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands.
Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
Create social media company-page layout due to fashion season as manual update.
Product Mix Match
Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice in each fashion season to create mix'n match idea, tik-tok video idea base on product materials.
Coordinate with Design team, Copywriter and Brand Marketing team to create Mix'n Match images, collection each week.
Coordinate with Performance to define Target Audience for each Mix Match collection.
Understand target audience, brand message to deliver right communication.
Follow-Up
Have periodic meetings/communications with internal team as well as other departments for project monitoring and review feedbacks.
Filing of all relevant documents and to communicate properly.
Ensure supervisors report.
Ensure all sponsored content are published on time due to request.

Yêu cầu công việc
High school diploma/college/university graduation.
Degree in fashion styling, fashion design, or similar is preferred.
More than 1 year experience in styling field/visual merchandise/personal stylist or related positions in fashion/retail field.
Knowledge of digital & social media market.
Knowledge of luxury fashion business & brands & trends.
Strong knowledge of stylish clothing and accessory combinations.
Strong skill of photo editing applications.
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
Photoshop skill is preferrable.
Flexible and able to work extended hours over busy period.
Willing to work in both office and at retail stores.
A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in team situations.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Awareness of current Fashion & Digital trends and an interest in fashion.
Degree in fashion styling, fashion design, or similar is preferred.
