Digital - Web Management Assistant Director

SCOPE OF POSITION

· Reporting to Digital Marketing Director, the Digital - Web Management Assistant Director is responsible for overall Hoiana website management, server requirements, overall web health and efficiency in driving high conversion through the funnel, content updates, database management, web analytics (Google Analytics), eMail marketing and eCommerce platform of overall resort requirements (Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, Retail, Golf, Real Estate).



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Owning and managing clear Hoiana brand guidelines, including proposition, tone of voice and visual identity in the Digital space; especially on our website

· Work in conjunction other teams to develop Digital marketing plans for overall Hoiana Integrated Resort - Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, Retail, Golf and Real Estate

· Execute Digital marketing plans to perfection. Ability to track progress and provide recommendations to continuously improve results

· Overall web management and enhancement to keep Hoiana website easily accessible by potential customers

· In charge of managing Hoiana's eCommerce channel; continuously working with hotel team to drive higher conversion ratio

· Key in acquisition of customer data for future marketing, retargeting purposes

· Establish and drive a multi-channel Digital communications strategies (China, Korea, Taiwan) for achieving business objectives

· Understand customer insights from research, customer data and third-party data to generate new opportunities. Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions

· Work in cohesion with other departments especially Brand Communications, Digital Media and Social Media to prepare and manage all communications material

· Work to improve the usability, design, and content of the company's consumer-facing websites

· Assist in the creation of digital content

· Manage budget and expenses for communications team and ensure compliance

· Continuously develop team members and assisting in their growth
