Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
- Develop and embed overall marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups...
- Manage execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update
- Co-ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight
- Drive preparation and implementation of NPS survey
- Design, build, embed and manage customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships
- Develop KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value. Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfilment

- Manage sub- function/ function performance và provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle)
- Define team's capability requirements and enable team member's professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching và feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members' contributions towards the team's shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the function/ sub- function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function/ sub- function level

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority to have a master's degree or higher
- Minimum 12 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking, minimum 6 years experience in people management roles
- Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers
- Mimimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent
