The Director of Digital Transformation is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for driving digital innovation and process improvement initiatives across the company. This position will oversee the transformation of our operations, leveraging digital technologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

Digital Strategy Development:
* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives.

Process Improvement:
* Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement through the adoption of digital technologies.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign processes, enhance workflows, and drive operational efficiency's.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
* Establish mechanisms to monitor the progress and effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including factory managers, department heads, and front-line employees.
* Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and consultants to leverage expertise and resources as needed.
Profile
* At least 5 years experiences with similar position, background in manufacturing is preferable.
* Deep understanding of IT operations, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Good English and Vietnamese Communication
