'- System and FCC data administration to ensure compliance with internal regulations, legal regulations, international practices and in accordance with TCB's risk appetite for safe and sustainable business operations.
- Ensure effectively build and implement FCC System and data management to meet the business requirement, apply new technology trends in BAU
- Promote the bank-wide compliance culture in terms of FCC data in BAU

Key Accountabilities (1)

'- Building a vision, orientation, and leading the FCC data and system management to prevent financial crime of the bank, ensure the best risk control and simultaneously support the business units efficiently and optimally by applying technology.
- Advise and submit to the management/leadership level the solutions and improved features for the system to ensure the completeness of the system for effective financial crime risk management.
- Manage business requirements ensures the connection and structure in a suitable, consistent and optimal way between the system's modules/functions with the application of optimal, improved and complete technology to increased automation; operational optimization; effectively detect, prevent and respond to financial crime risks and comply with legal regulations
- Monitor and update new and advanced technology trends including the use of data analysis, AI/ML models in the field of financial crime prevention and coordinate with stakeholders to assess capacity implementation and application of new technology
- Ensure consistency, uniformity, reliability, update in data management and storage and financial crime prevention system
- Coordinate with stakeholders to organize, arrange and manage FCC data in an efficient, optimal, complete, centralized manner including input and output data for systems/units; share information to the permitted extent
- Monitor the AML/FCC system operation, timely report, coordibate and solve the problems to ensure the smooth operation
- Make a work implementation plan and evaluate the periodical or unexpectedly implementation effectiveness
- Responsible to the FCC Senior Director/Head of Division for the functions and activities in charge of
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Graduated from University majoring in IT/Mathematics/Management Information System/Software Technology; Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Banking
Minimum 12 years of experience in administration and operation of Oracle, MS SQL Server databases;
Minimum 6 years of experience in data and system management
Experience in developing and deploying technology systems in the field of banking and financial companies
Having knowledge of IT in the field of Banking - Finance;
Proficient in databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL (basic), DB2 (basic).

Foreign language (English): Minimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent
