Director Of Business Management Division

Manage, execute BMD's operation to achieve the assigned business plan according to IVB strategy in each period
 Planning/Budgeting
 Prepare and implement Division business plan according to IVB strategy in each period.
 Develop and implement policies, programs, products and organize the specific brand promotion programs with the Bank's budget and strategies in each period.
 Manage and supervise the progress of implementation and support business units to follow the Bank's objectives in each period.
 Manage, execute Division's operation
 Developing the Bank's products to ensure competitiveness, efficiency and compliance with the Law and suitable to the Bank's strategy in each period
 Develop the brand and business, partnership and support to BUs in promoting sale
 Manage business performance of Bus and organize training courses related to sales skills for the whole system
 Monitor and approve business in Division:
+ Monitor the business activities and customer service.
+ Approve credit transactions, guarantees and others as decentralized/authorized by BOEs in compliance with IVB's regulations and laws.
+ Build and develop relationships with customers/ potential partners in the area, build relationships with the community.
 Employee management
 Assign KPIs to employees and monitor, manage the progress of completion compare with budget and plan
 Evaluate Division's employee performance periodically
 Lead, assign, arrange, allocate reasonably and effectively personnel suitable to each person's professional capacity and job requirements.
 Instruct employees, develop and organize the implementation plans of training, courses to improve professional skills for Division's employees
