We are seeking a talented Director of Driver Supply to lead our driver supply strategy and ensure that we maintain a high-quality, efficient, and sustainable driver supply. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize driver supply, enhance service quality, and ensure satisfaction for both drivers and customers.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute driver supply strategies to meet market demand and optimize operational performance.
Analyze data and trends to forecast driver needs and adjust supply plans accordingly.
Propose and implement initiatives to enhance driver supply and improve service quality.
Operational Management:
Oversee and optimize the recruitment, training, and retention processes for drivers.
Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Support, and
Business Development to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
Manage budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Quality and Satisfaction Enhancement:
Develop and implement training and support programs for drivers to improve their skills and performance.
Address driver-related issues and ensure that all complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and manage the driver supply team, including recruitment, training, and development.
Set objectives, evaluate performance, and foster a positive work environment within the team.
Evaluation and Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver supply.
Provide regular reports on the status and effectiveness of driver supply strategies to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines).
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in driver management, operations, or similar roles.
Strong experience in developing and implementing driver supply strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency in using analytical tools to make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
