Mô tả công việc
We're in search of a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our team at Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang. In this role, you'll oversee all engineering operations across our resort, including 85 villas, 157 tower rooms, infrastructure, landscaping, and swimming pools, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technicians.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation projects throughout the resort.
• Implement sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions.
• Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Plan, compile, and manage the repair and maintenance budget, as well as the capital expenditure budget, ensuring compliance with resort procedures.

• Experienced working in a 5-star resort with residences.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment.
• Experienced working in a 5-star resort with residences.
