Mô tả công việc
Oversee F&B Division; Establishes and monitors effective goals and measurements for the Food & Beverage function
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative promotional and sales events to improve service and increase business volumes
Works with the marketing team to promote the F&B outlets to increase revenues and attract new business
Work with the Executive Chef on promotions, new amenities, and other guest experience enhancements
Work closely will outlet managers to ensure the success of each outlet
Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays
Acts as an ambassador and spokesperson to all customers
Develops the annual Food & Beverage budget from a revenue, cost, productivity, and efficiency perspective
Networks with peers in the Group & within our industry
Provide the vision, leadership and strategy to team-members to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
Develop workable systems for inventory, receiving and product utilization (product cost)
Develop standards of productivity for food & beverage personnel
Recommend and initiate salary, disciplinary, or other human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies
Ensure the development and accuracy and delivery of monthly financial outlooks for the Food and Beverage Division
Ensure the leadership and coordination of the food and beverage operating departments through their respective Leaders within Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding and Outlets

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 3 years F&B management experience, preferably in the luxury setting or upscale boutique hotel
Passionate, energetic and self‐motivated in delivering exceptional service
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Fluent English & strong computer skills
Creative & the ability to develop & promote events
Pro-active, responsible, able to work under pressure, tight deadline and flexible work hour
Leadership & management skills to motivate and mentor employees
Superior food & beverage knowledge
Professional business appearance and presentation
