As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue and room night targets.
You'll lead and develop the hotel's commercial team, ensure tactical plans are effectively executed, and monitor performance to achieve business objectives.
The role requires regular collaboration and direct interaction with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to support the hotel's commercial success.
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field.
2. Service years in the field
Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or resort sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team.
3. Knowledge and skills
Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
Good Communication and writing skills.
Strong negotiation skill
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Tasks and Project Management Skills

Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
5. Preferred (if required): Other languages.
