Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop integrated marketing strategies for film releases (theatrical, streaming, festival, or hybrid).
Create detailed marketing plans including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
Identify target audiences and define positioning strategies for each film.
Manage, create, and coordinate film marketing materials distribution to all relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign direction.
Campaign Execution
Lead marketing campaigns: digital, social media, PR, influencer, offline, partnerships, and activations.
Oversee trailer launches, teaser rollouts, poster campaigns, and promotional materials.
Coordinate premiere events, press junkets, screenings, and fan events.
Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across channels.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute
digital marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content (behind-the-scenes, interviews, short-form videos).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and audience engagement.
Public Relations & Partnerships
Work closely with PR agencies to secure media coverage and interviews.
Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and KOLs.
Develop strategic brand partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities.
Budget & Performance Management
Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Track campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ticket sales, ROI).
Prepare post-campaign reports and recommend improvements for future releases.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or related field.
5+ years of experience in film marketing, entertainment marketing, or
brand marketing.
Strong understanding of film distribution and release strategies.
Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Experienced in working with cinema booking platforms and theatre websites for campaign coordination, banner placement, and promotional activities.
Experience collaborating with e-wallet and digital payment platforms (e.g., MoMo, ZaloPay) for co-marketing campaigns and promotional partnerships.
Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work in an international environment.
