Job Description

Take responsible for the entire technology project process, including planning, project launch, monitoring and controlling implementation progress, quality monitoring, and successful project completion
Determines, monitors and reviews all programme and inter-programme economics to ensures that the portfolio is managed to realise business benefits and that portfolio management is informed by an awareness of current technical developments.
Determines, monitors, and reviews all programme economics to include programme time & costs, projected operational costs, staffing requirements, programme resources, and programme risk
Reports progress of the programme to senior management. Ensures post-implementation plans and owners are in-place after go-live to ensure planned benefits are fully realised.
Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, directing and counselling project team members, and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases.
Liaises with other managers within the IT functions and within the business; manages expectations of all project stakeholders
Monitors and reports on sales prospects, progress and performance, customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitor capabilities.
Responsible for managing staffs and trainings

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT)
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Have broad skills in information and communications technology, comprehensive knowledge of relevant development life cycles
Ability to lead, manage and monitor the progress of technology projects, including product structure analysis, project strategic planning, conflict resolution, risk management, finished product quality management
Ability in communicating and conveying information to act as a bridge between technical and client, maintain and expand relationships with clients
Proficient in methods and techniques for evaluating the project structure, including evaluation of technical technology products, test plans, business plans and key deliverables of the Project
Ability to work under high pressure, good communication, presentation, teamwork, negotiation and leadership skills
Japanese equivalent of N2 (good at speaking, listening, writing, reading)
