We are hiring:
Your responsibilities
Overseeing the country management including Marketing & Sales, Finance and controlling, Business development, Customer relationships, Operations (Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain), Service, Safety, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
Achieving the business targets include topline (orders and revenues), profitability, cash, net working capital, and productivity. Establishing sales and profitability targets throughout the organization and taking corrective actions when needed.
Creating, planning, and implementing the sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with the local and global strategy and overseeing all marketing and sales activities within the local business area
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and improving Net Promoter Score. Acquiring, developing, and retaining new customers.
Building, managing, and coaching a high performing team that delivers on targets consistently and pushes the envelope on innovation and entrepreneurship.
Managing the mix of orders to ensure that all sectors and portfolios are adequately covered. This includes attention to the growth of the service and channel partner business.
Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes.
Ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process, and integrity performance.
Your background
Significant work experience, preferred to have exposure to sectors like Metals, Mining, Cement or Paper with experience in projects or automation business.
Leadership experience with a strategic mindset, financial acumen, and a strong sales flair.
A proven track record of leading a high-performance team.
Must be creative, strategic, analytical, influential and possess negotiation skills.
Strong entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and senior executive presence
