Escort patients to doctor's rooms & ready patient for treatment;
Assist doctor during medical examinations;
Organizing & scheduling appointments;
Updating & filling out patient's medical file;
Give instructions to patients as instructed by doctor;
Ensure all related reports, information is available in patient's medical records;
Keep doctor's room stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required & in accordance with the Clinic's requirements;
Process messages from patients & front desk staff to doctors;
Conduct follow-up phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.
Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow;
Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree in the relevant field is preferred;
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience;
Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;
Good problem solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;
Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;
Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
Able to handle patient's confidential information in a professional manner;
Strong organizational & planning skills;
Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;
Good command of Vietnamese & English spoken
