Document Controller Working In Long An

• Control and distribute documentation & data in accordance with the requirements of the project to ensure documentation and data are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
• Liaise between the Project team and other external parties on document management issues.
• Maintain the document management system with regards to updating and modifying the master data and system set up.
• Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, mails and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
• Prepare master list for drawings, documents, incoming & outgoing correspondences.
• Submit of documents, drawings, letter and create transmittal.
• Maintain proper organisation of filing system, storage of documents and information.
• Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents to internal and external parties.
• Understand the Client and the Consultant policies, processes and statutory requirements as they affect the company's operations and ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.
• General administrative work, including assisting in arranging and requisiting pantry refreshments, stationary, office items, etc...
