Handling inbound-outbound shipments with requirements from customers.
Assigning & following up daily operational activities with team members.
Guiding the team with legitimate & smart action for achieving outstanding services of customs clearance, trucking & related services.
Manage team's cost control.
Problem solving and report to Director/Manager.
Checking and offer the quotation to customers.
Negotiating with vendors to have the competitive prices.
Monitoring and updating to team the updated and new regulations, policies on customs procedure, HS code, import duty and taxes.
Consulting customers on import-export/logistics regulation.
Other tasks assigned by Director/Manager.
Yêu cầu
At least 5 years experienced in same position.
Intermediate English skills and above
Knowledge on regulation about import-export/logistics
Able to work well in teams and work under high pressure
Good at communication and negotiation skills
