1. Activity and Work Planning
1.1 Develops, implements, and drives action plans to achieve stated departmental and personal objectives.
1.2 Coordinate and work with related management members of annual budget headcount as well to control during the annual recruitment activities
2. Recruitment
Responsible for recruiting and searching candidate at level from middle manager and below of white-collar employees by maximizing internal and external sources.
3. Newcomer Induction
3.1 Coordinate and organize among cross departments to conduct periodical off-line induction and new employee orientation (NEO) day.
3.2 Ensure newcomer White-Collar employees to participate online learning (E-learning)
4. Internal staff movement (Internal recruitment, transfer, and promotion)
4.1 Coordinate and work with related management or line managers to execute.
4.2 Participate on project assignments which are to support biz.
5. Termination
5.1 Ensure employee's leave is compliant with the Company's regulations and law rules.
5.2 Conduct Exit Interview that can help to have real insights of their leaving and identify reasons of leaving.
6. Employee Relations
6.1 Coordinate and implement disciplinary actions following specific cases.
6.2 Consult internal working regulation (ILR) and labor law to employee.
6.3 Supervise and monitor other tasks related to staffing and partnering.
7. Compliance
7.1 Ensure related policies/process are implemented and adhered to local and global ones (W2HO)
7.2 BRC Pillar by coordinating with HR Team members to ensure this activity in line with the Company's target.
7.3 Coordinate to have internal/external reports related to the job's areas required by law or the Company
8. Complementary tasks
8.1 Co-ordinate with and support HR colleagues in carrying out department assignments.
8.2 Perform other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time by Senior HR Manager.

B.A degree in Human Resources or similar fields of study
Communication, problem solving, customer-focused and interview & selection skills
At least 5 years of professional experience in HR
Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources best practices and local labor laws and regulations
Excellent spoken and written English skills
