Mô tả công việc
I. Training Administrative
- Assist with general Training/HR administrative tasks, including data entry, content writing, training organization and logistics, etc;
- Conduct training audit and report;
- Prepare necessary reports (training, turnover, headcount, overtimes, ...) regularly and when being assigned;
- Coordinate with Internal Function team to implement Training activities.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
II. HR System Management & Employer Branding
- Update/input data on training/workforce management system, ensure data accuracy & compliance;
- Monitor, identify, and rectify Master Data issues if any;
- Exchange provides necessary information to customers;
- Coordinate with HR & Business team to implement Training/HR projects/ activities such as team building, employer branding & engagement events, communications, etc.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university with related majors: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc
- Have at least 2 years of experience inTraining/Admin/HR field
- Understand training and human resources policies and procedures.
- Proven work experience in the report
- Good at English
- Good at MS Office, especially Excel
