1. Sales:
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
- Collaborate with the quote team to develop proposal to the customer responding to their RFP
- Advice the customers about the products they need
- Negotiate the price with customers and collaborate with the quote team to revise the quotations
2. Project Management:
- Follow up the project from the need identifying to the invoice issuing and move the project to the maintenance service.
- Timely collaborate with backsales team for quote making, revising and PO placement, follow up the PO and delivery process from the vendor to the company and from the company to customers
- Timely collaborate with Engineer team to ensure the timely technical service for customers
3. After sales services:
- Maintain good contact with customer to make sure that we can provide the service to meet all their maintenance needs are well as the warranty needs
- Predict the potential needs for timely consultation
4. Development of market share
- Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals;- developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology;
- Proactive in meeting potential customers
- Expanding the target group, getting new customers, and keep the existing ones.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- IT engineering background (university graduate).
- At least 2 years experience in the Sales position in the IT field
- Good knowledge about the ICT, IT system integration
- Experience in identification of the customer present and potential needs
- Good knowledge about the latest news of IT technology development
