Mô tả công việc
- Prepare all the recruitment plan as per the company requirement with the recruitment officer & recruit with the approval from Senior Manager Human Resources.
- Guide the Talent Acquisition officer & coordinate/ follow up the recruitment plan.
- Maintain 100 % updated documents with employee personal files, make sure all documents are complied with law requirements.
- Handle the induction procedure, deal with the Employee Council for various activities & monitor the recruitment process.
- Follow up performance appraisal contract extension for staff level up in accurately & on time.
- Coordinate with C&B team to ensure employees getting compensate on their contribution on time.
- Handle discipline, solve daily problem related to HR as well as maintain employee relationships.
- Ensure all procedures and documentation with regard to terminations are being completed.
- Monitor the absenteeism, labor turn over & HR audits.
- Update HR policy & procedures, maintain job title/ job description bank.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
