· Study and analyze sample to define it is new style or repeat style before starting bulk production.
· Study operation breakdown to prepare layout, machines, equipment, tech pack and work with Maintenance team, Technician, Supervisor for team member's allocation and arrangement before starting bulk production.
· Identify skill gap of team member to have training plan and follow the progress daily.
· Follow up first 3 days and critical operations, prepare capacity & Yamazumi chart, balance line to meet plan efficiency.
· Upgrade team member's skill and update to Production and Human Resources department in terms of skill matrix and incentive scheme.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Knowledge of Garment Manufacturing process, General Sewing Data (GSD)
MS-Office skills, Communication Skills
Time management skills, Analytical skills, Technical skills, Problem solving skills
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in similar capacity
