- Open doors for arriving and departing guests while greeting them warmly
- Provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu
- At least 6 month experience in a similar position
- A good command of English is a plus
- Teamwork
- Possess effective communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset: meet the customers' needs
