Drafting Supervisor/ Structural Design Supervisor

 Lead Vietnam Drafting team.
 Review existing processes, recommending, and justifying changes to improve efficiencies, streamlining procedures, improving speed, enhancing quality with the ultimate goal of creating a seamless CAD service team.
 Implement necessary CAD procedures & tools (software) to assure adequate and timely supply of technical information, specifications, bills‐of‐material and drawings to efficiently support the needs of the Sales & Operations departments and meet customer commitments.
 Resolve and respond to product problems as requested by engineers and clients.
 Ensure deadlines and goals for the team are met.
 Prepare written reports and/or oral presentations for company personnel, distributors, and clients.
 Interview, test and select employees to fill CAD departmental vacancies.
 Enhance the skills of the CAD team via guidance and training.
 Develop departmental metrics to measure the success of continuous improvement efforts (cycle times, error tracking, etc.)
 Assist in document creation and checking as needed.
 Participate in product value‐engineering and Lean projects to reduce costs and/or improve fabrications efficiencies.
