Mô tả công việc
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure at the resort.
Transport guests to and from designated locations (airport, bus station, tourist sites, etc.).
Ensure traffic safety and keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ready for operation at all times.
Conduct regular vehicle checks and maintenance, or report technical issues to the Engineering department.
Carefully assist guests with loading and unloading luggage during transfers.
Coordinate with the Front Office and relevant departments to stay updated on guest arrival/departure status.
Support the lobby area during busy periods or special events.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Passionate and committed to pursuing a long-term career in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and resorts.
Good English communication skills.
Experience in driving passenger vehicles is an advantage. Familiar with transportation routes and capable of handling unexpected situations.
Possess good ethics, professional demeanor, ability to work under pressure, a strong sense of hospitality, and a dynamic, agile personality.
Good physical health.
