Mô tả công việc
1. Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest's name at every opportunity
2. Responsible for safe transfer of guests from all determined locations.
3. Drive carefully and follow strictly traffic rule
4. Report immediately to Bellcaptain or Duty Manager any damages and broken
5. Record carefully and fully transportation route
6. Check petrol daily and request petrol and refill
7. Present at least 10' for any pick up and drop off
8. Daily clean inside and outside vehicles and ensure present the highest standards
9. Maitains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
10. Maintain good knowledge of the area routes locations and hotel facilities.
11. Maintain knowledge of boat timings and assist guest in handling and loading baggage whenever required.
12. Do utmost to learn names of guests, especially VIP, repeater and long staying guests remaining alert to situation to offer assistance.
13. Assist in valet parking, buggy and luggage delivery when not assigned any duty.
14. Keep abreast of activities in your city which may affect driving times or routes and report this to
15. Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the car used for guest transfer and assist with maintaining vehicles to hotel presentation standards.
16. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Front Office Manager.
17. Does erveything possible to ensure that the guests dapart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service.
