In this role, you will be instrumental in the Vehicle Performance Center, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
Monitor systems and components durability DVP - Lead Durability issues/failures Root Cause Analysis - Support containment and countermeasures definition - Calculate & monitor of systems and components fatigue (based on durability factors and relative coefficients) - Write new durability procedures and periodically review the existing ones

Experience in systems/component Durability testing (Dyno, 6-off, etc.) - Experience in Durability issues diagnosis - Proficiency in Practical Problem-solving techniques (8D, 5why, etc.) - Experience in using software tools for data analysis, such as Matlab or similar - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of the fundamentals of the whole vehicle systems and components (hardware & control) - Understanding of Durability methodologies - Desirable experience in whole vehicle Durability testing - Desirable experience in using specialized software tools for model generation and simulation, such as Matlab-Simulink, or similar - Desirable experience in using fatigue loads/ vibrations data analysis tools (Ncode, Siemens TestLab, etc) By sending your application, you confirm that you have read Vingroup's Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") published on the website: [protected info], agree to the contents of the Policy, and consent to our processing of your personal data in your application according to the legal regulations on personal data protection.
