Handle the security, guest service & some management concerns of an organization.
Oversee the maintenance and overall safety procedures of the premise.
Liaise or meet with other executives or managers.
Ensuring team-members are offering exceptional guest service
Making sure guests are happy with the service and products
Delegating duties
Assisting other managers
Helping to implement policies
Routing sales productivity reports to staff
Motivating team-members
Handling cash & end of day checking
Managing store cleanliness and organization
Dealing with guest complaints and issues
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years experience in related field in other 4 star hotels;
Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill, customer service oriented;
Excellent oral and written communication in English;
Be able to work on nightshift
