Execute and follow up all planned (preventive) and predictive work.

Work as technical area owner to support life extension, further cost reduction and innovation.

Organization, Interfaces & People Management
Report to the A&E Team Leader
Communicate and cooperate with AM teams before, during and after execution.
Communicate with the planning & preparation team.

TPM & Continuous improvement
Contribute to the management of maintenance plans, asset master data, asset performance and cost analysis (asset technical specialist).
Take part in implementing and rolling out new or improved condition-based maintenance (CBM) methods and co-execute advanced maintenance techniques (e.g. pit stop, maintenance free, maintenance prevention & continual optimization of PM standards).
Participate in RCFA (5 why) or organize for the team to participate, including training/mentoring.
Monitor machine performance, suggest and carry out actions to reduce losses.
Train AM teams in troubleshooting frequent failures.
Support the implementation of AM Team step
Active support of the Maintenance TL on restoring assets to basic condition.
Optimized development and usage of world-class maintenance methods and tools.
