MISSION STATEMENT
To assist and support in managing construction and technical procurement activities in in Head Office according to:
Vietnam's regulations
The procurement methods and bidding procedures
The relevant regulations and internal operating procedures which are applicable for procurement activities in Head Office
ROLES
To assist line manager in coordinating with Authority Agencies, Stores and other the relevant dept to complete construction and technical procurement activities in Head Office
To negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
To handle all start-to-end bidding transactions in terms of construction and technical
To discover profitable vendors and initiate business and organization partnerships
To discover the best ways to reduce procurement expenses
To manage existing contracts and contract review
To experience in collecting and analyzing data
Other tasks assigned by line manager or upper levels
Yêu cầu
University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Construction or Technical
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with strong sense of technical products and bidding process
Good knowledge in standards of quality systems
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical capability and good in data/ figures
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
Intermediate English level
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office-communication system
Good interpersonal skills and ability to earn respect and trust from peers, subordinates and external parties including governmental bodies and customers
