- Oversee the daily operations of online sales channels, manage marketing activities and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, promotional campaigns, affiliate programs, and in-platform ads (Website, TikTok, Shopee, Tiki).
- Plan and execute livestream sessions, collaborating with KOLs/KOCs to increase brand awareness conversion rates.
- Research market trends and analyze customer behaviors and touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop customer benefits, loyalty programs, and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment vs visibility gained from platforms.
- Analyze user behavior data, goals achievement and drop-offs to identify friction areas.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years experience in CRM and e-commerce, focusing on strategy development and digital campaign execution.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and online customer behavior.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven and customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving targets and ROI.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask on projects, and adapt to a result-oriented working culture.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication & Business English.
