Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the e-commerce channel management, communication, and coordination of e-commerce operation, business planning, quality control, and channel mapping.
- Develop and implement strategic direction for the development of e-commerce including strategic roadmap, merchandising plan, stock turnover rate, rout-to-market, customer service, P&L, analytic strategic in line with company global strategies.
- Build and maintain good relationships with external parties, such as channel person in charge, photographer, agencies, etc.
- Maintain good working relationship with company internal departments such as finance, operations, e-commerce, IT, logistics, A&P.
- Responsible for daily sales operations, including new item/campaign setup, logistic management, product page optimization, keywords optimization, and business flow optimization.
- Responsible for the entire supply chain starting from warehouse to delivery of customer orders, including the management of the online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing, and reporting.
- Review and provide feedback for the improvement of all the e-commerce channels and related parties constantly.
- Conduct market research in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve the online channels performances.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, preferably in the fields of Business management.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
- Capable of compiling and analysing data. Proficient in connecting large data sets from multiple sources, analysing and interpreting the data to drive business decisions
- Possess Own Transportation
- Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence
- Comfortable working with people from different cultural background

* Working hours/Thời gian làm việc: 9:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
