Mô tả công việc
Panasonic Sales Vietnam is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to in charge of E-commerce Sales and Sales Operations with key responsibilities:
1. Sales:
Platform key account management:
- Support Head of Ecommerce to take care of channel Lazada to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly business target and relevant KPIs.
- Be the brand's representative in negotiations with E-Commerce channels for promotional deals and visibility enhancements
- Work with E-commerce Enabler teams to manage LZD store, develop online merchandising, promotion plan and manage digital budget by campaigns/baseline
- Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc.
- Produce campaign mechanics to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors i.e analyzing and identifying best-selling SKUs (price points, models, colors or styles).
- Take leads for all activities and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful campaign.
- Analyze past campaign performance and report on the current campaign progress.
- Monitor black stocks / low-performing skus and take action to push sell as necessary actions.
- Manage the assigned platform's expenses and Return on investment rate to make sure investments are fully effective.
- Work with operation PIC to manage the assigned platform's operation by controlling operation KPIs, delivery process, ...
- Create good customer experience and improve products' rating reviews.
Project management:
- Work on new initiatives to expand the online business
- Managing new projects assigned by line manager
2. Operations:
- Handle finance reconciliation for the assigned platform
- Issue VAT invoices upon request from end-users for all platform
- Handle return/refund products with platform and internal stakeholders.
- Work with internal CS team to solve warranty cases upon customers' requests.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree, preferable in Sales / Marketing.
- From 2 years of sales experience-- preferable in e-commerce platforms
- KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce
- Able to deal with troubles and work under pressures.
- Good understanding E-commerce platforms' seller systems such as Seller Center.
- Flexible to change conditions and possessing high level of integrity
- Great analytical and quantitative skills
- Willing to learn and show adaptability
