Job description for E-commerce Executive position at Networld Asia
Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8h30 - 18h00 (90 mins of lunch-break)
Working Office: 5th Floor, Building No. 369B-C Le Quang Dinh, Ward 5, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
Job Responsibilities
• Work alongside Brand/eMKT team in the conceptualization and development of creative content for all e-marketing initiatives
• Facilitating the creative and promotional execution process on SIS and e-com campaigns to support promotions/site updates
• Monitor competitors to ensure the best merchandise offering and identifies new and innovative merchandising techniques that allow the shops to evolve and scale
• Utilizes user & competitive research, usability testing, voice of customer feedback, and segmentation strategies to create user-centric experiences across online stores
Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce and/or E-Commerce account management
• Experience and skills in influencing, coordinating, and working with individuals in multiple functional areas
• Good at content writing on E-commerce sites
• Proficient in English (especially speaking)
• Strong logical thinking, problem solving and project management skills
• Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines
