E-commerce ExecutivePanasonic Sales Việt Nam - Văn phòng tại Hà Nội

Panasonic Sales Vietnam is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to in charge of E-commerce Operations (70%) and Sales (30%) with key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of E-commerce to produce engaging livestreams and short videos for TikTok.
- Be the brand's representative in negotiations with E-Commerce channels for promotional deals and visibility enhancements.
- Monitor and manage performance KPIs specific to E-Commerce channels to ensure growth and success.
- Oversee end-to-end operations process on E-Commerce channels (from order to delivery)
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address customer inquiries regarding returns, refunds, product information, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee the collection of COD orders from vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Business Development for the Battery category, coordinating with Marketing on stock preparation, inbound/outbound logistics, and promotional strategies in collaboration with vendors.
- Handle finance reconciliation for platforms (Tiki and Tiktok)
- Issue VAT invoices upon request from end-users.
- Monitor and take action on black stocks and low-performing SKUs to drive sales.
