New model instruction:
O2O (Online-to-Offline) connects online platforms with offline experiences. Customers discover products online (via ads, livestreams) and complete purchases through offline channels or integrated delivery, creating a seamless shopping journey.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Summarize the main purpose of the role:
• Work closely with Enablers(Agency) and CLPs to achieve goals/targets
• Support Seller Growth Manager on daily/weekly business updates
• Ensure all execution planned tasks delivered
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Shopee Virtual Store:
• Conduct in-depth sales data analysis to develop an optimized assortment and commercial plan
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the plan, including product listing and pricing, stock fulfilment, shop content production (livestream/videos), Ad optimization, Order management, customer services
• Provide weekly performance reports and daily run-rate updates to track progress and deliver a comprehensive business overview
Seller Satellite program: A program managed by an agency to enhance online selling capabilities for CLPs
• Manage the CLP community and share weekly updates on program developments
• Partner with platform
Account Managers to secure benefits and support, including violation appeals for CLPs under the program
• Coordinate with enablers to ensure complete support for CLPs, covering Ad optimization, Content production, Commercial planning
