Build an E-commerce channel development plan: Understand the E-commerce channel & brands to set SMART goals for the development of the entire E-commerce channel, thereby implement the plans to achieve the goals.
Build and develo sales channels on the platforms owned by the company (Website, Facebook, Google, Instagram, ...) and on E-commerce platforms, especially the Official Brand Stores / Shop-In-Shop (SIS) on Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, ... to ensure the optimization of brand credentials & USP, SEO, product optimization.
Daily management of the company's e-commerce platforms
All new products and new collections are uploaded and refresh on time is a must. Ensure marketing products, images are correctly loaded and displaying on-site, and all on-site content is up to date & SEO optimized
Manage the execution of e-commerce promotions across e-commerce channels in order to maximize the e-commerce opportunities for the business.
Analyze traffic and user behaviors to gather insights for improving conversion rate and ensure no bugs or barriers to purchase within the user journey
Deeply cooperate with Brand, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure the sales and distribution are maximized to achieve weekly, monthly & annual Sales targets as well as ensure products are correctly merchandised in line with sales targets, inventory levels, best sellers and slow movers
Cooperate with Digital team to maximize traffic and converted sales as expected
Maintain reporting dashboards to track key e-commerce metrics
Check all E-Commerce related regulation in Vietnam and lead the E-Commerce website's activities.
Manage and educate all members in E-Commerce to fit in appropriate projects.
