MISSION STATEMENT:
The primary mission of the E-commerce Manager, User Growth, is to spearhead and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is essential in achieving the company's eCommerce objectives by enhancing our online presence and optimizing user experiences to ensure sustainable growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
User Acquisition Strategy:
- Formulate and implement effective user acquisition strategies utilizing SEM, SEO, and paid advertising channels to drive traffic and expand the user base.
- Partner with external vendors to execute SEO initiatives, boosting organic search visibility.
Engagement and Retention Initiatives:
- Launch initiatives to increase user engagement, such as personalized content, user-centric experiences, and loyalty programs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey, ensuring a seamless online experience.
Performance Marketing Oversight:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, incorporating A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.
- Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize user growth and meet performance goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth, engagement, and retention.
- Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and marketing departments, to align user growth strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Guide performance improvements focused on user satisfaction and conversion rates.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- User Acquisition: Increase user acquisition through strategic SEM, SEO, and paid advertising.
- User Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to boost engagement and retention, promoting a loyal and growing user base, in coordination with CRM/CDP.
- Performance Marketing: Optimize paid advertising campaigns for maximum user growth and efficient budget use.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- University Degree in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in E-commerce with a focus on user growth, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends in user growth, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
