1. Stock & Order management
1.1. Weekly Track import-export product inventory on partner fulfillment warehouse & E-commerce warehouse. Control existing inventory
1.2. Track new arrivals and update stocks to E-commerce warehouse
1.3. Check the inventory sync system to the stores on the E-commerce platforms. Work with a partner for correct update data
1.4. Daily Synthesize the issues arising from cancellation / return orders (if any) & handled according to internal and partner working processes
1.5. Coordinate with departments to handle partner issues: Orders, returns, complaints, payments, liabilities, other arising issues ...
2. Financial statement report
2.1. Daily Send shipped & returned orders data from partner fulfillment warehouse to E-commerce warehouse
2.2. Daily Make the PI to accountant team to issue the invoice. On time send order & PI financial
2.3. Work with partner/ accountant team for shipping cost reconciliation, COD on Website
3. Customer care & Supplier
3.1. Consulting & answering feedback on products / orders for customers on e-commerce platform
3.2. Willing to arrange work in coordination with internal team to feedback and answer customer following the schedule of direct management (evening and weekend) & big program.
3.3. Work with Others partner payment to control the service fee and payment of customer on Website
3.4. Process purchase and payment to the supplier provide the goods/ service to the E-commerce team
4. Implement programs on the e-commerce platform
4.1. Track information and execute programs according to the weekly / monthly plan of the partner and perform related work (setting up the system, banner / product images, preparing goods, create products ...)
4.2. Set up promotions, register campaign, flash sales in store daily
4.3. Support team to take product photos and shooting videos, posting on social channels and E-commerce platform
5. Other jobs
5.1. Report and send weekly work plan to direct management
5.2. Be obliged to report to the direct management any problems arising outside of the scope of expertise
5.3. Coordinate with specialized departments to handle arising issues related to the scope of work in charge

Working hours: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
Monday - Friday: Work at the office
Saturday: 2 days/ month Work from home (Limit days off on campaign days and Mondays. Except in cases of force majeure.)
Graduated from College - University in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, ....
Experience or knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus
Proficient use of skills in Excel is a plus. This position requires handling large amounts of data, and needs to use Excel
At least 1-2 years working in an e-commerce business
Basic English communication
