Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor daily operations of logistics team and ensure the procurement, shipping and warehouse operations are most efficiency
Oversee the inbound/outbound shipment and ensure on time delivery at a minimum cost
Provide customer service to ecommerce customers, including answering customer queries and managing customer feedback and complaints
Assist with the implementation of any projects/campaigns
Set up the operation process and procedures
Negotiate with vendors on pricing
Plan and build outbound cross-border products that fit the market demand
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Track project performance, determine KPI, and specifically analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Identify opportunities and establish relationships with target customers in our target verticals leading to a strong Business Development pipeline
Update on industry trends and customer demand
