- Manage and operate the company's online stores on Shopee, Qoo10, Naver Store, and other international e-commerce platforms.
- Sell official K-pop albums, lightsticks, photocards, and merchandise on online platforms
- Monitor upcoming product release schedules and plan product listings accordingly.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory management with the Korean team.
- Manage products, promotional campaigns, pre-orders, and customer support.
- Provide customer service through the company's online chat channels.
