E-Commerce Management
○ Managing Platform Channel (Shopee & Lazada): Developing Sales and Marketing
Campaigns that maximize the Potential and manage the systems and relationships with the
Platform partners.
○ Product Listings & Updates: Manage the product catalog, ensuring accurate descriptions,
images, and pricing are updated regularly.
○ Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order processing pipeline from order receipt to delivery,
ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
○
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email, PPC,
social media ads, and SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
○ Customer Service: Monitor customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure
excellent customer satisfaction through various communication channels (email, live chat,
etc.).
○ Performance Analysis: Use web analytics tools to track key metrics (traffic, conversion
rates, sales, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly to improve the online shopping
experience.
● Store Management
○ Daily Operations: Manage daily operations of the physical store, including staffing, sales,
customer service, and inventory management.
○ Team Leadership: Train, and manage the in-store team, ensuring they are motivated, well-
trained, and meet performance goals.
○ Customer Experience: Oversee the in-store customer experience, ensuring high-quality
service, product knowledge, and a positive shopping environment.
○ Inventory Control: Manage store inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and aligned
with demand. Work with the warehouse to ensure replenishment and order accuracy.
○ Sales Target Achievement: Set sales targets and ensure the team is motivated and aligned
to achieve or exceed these goals.
● Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/E-commerce and at least 2 years of experience in e-
commerce or retail, with online marketing knowledge preferred
● Proven retail management experience with a track record of successful project completion and
problem-solving
● Customer-centric approach and strong client relationship management skills
● Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with strong negotiation, teamwork, and independent
work abilities
