- Manage CRM tools including platform's CRM, Membership Program,.... constantly work on the buyer data to improve customer loyalty & repeat purchase
- Work with multiple parties (Key Account/Brand Team/Agency/...) to deliver GMV target in both BAU & thematic campaign (D-Day, Mid-Month, Month End, Cross Category, Brand Day,...)
- Deliver outstanding visibility & branded content for incharge Brand & Official Store across E-commerce Platforms

* Report & Analysis
- Competitor's tracking. Identify emerging E-commerce trends and technologies to stay competitive in the market.
- Budget monitoring in monthly basic, secure on-tracking spending together with KPI delivering A&M
- Make analysis, and report supporting in driving business performance
