- Content Development, LMS Management & Engagement
+ Design and update learning content including videos, interactive slides, infographics using authorized tools.
+ Ensure all courses are clear, engaging, learner-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives.
+ Ensuring consistency in course design/quality, animation, and learning experience.
+ Support initiatives to drive digital learning adoption, learner engagement, and course completion rates.
+ Monitor digital learning indicators such as completion rates, learner engagement, feedback etc.
+ Support initiatives to drive digital learning adoption, engagement, and course completion rates.
+ Troubleshoot LMS issues and ensure smooth learner experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
+ Work with internal stakeholders and to collect, review, update, and validate training content.
+ Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth course development and implementation.
Yêu cầu
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Digital Learning, E-learning Development.
- Proficient in using e-learning authoring and video production tools such as Articulate 360/i-Spring, Vyond, Animaker, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Proficient in Excel and data management
- Good stakeholder management skills
- English communication (IELTS 5.0 or equivalent)
