Mô tả công việc
Job Responsibility:
• Support Head of Ecommerce to take care of channel Tik Tok Shop and category MDA (Major Domestic Appliances) Product sales in terms of expanding E-commerce business including E-commerce Platforms (Shopee - Lazada - Tiki) from operation/merchandising/sales/finance reconciliation plans - including additional E-commerce projects.
• Work with Product Marketing team & E-commerce Enabler teams to develop online merchandising and promotion plan to achieve sales targets and manage digital budget.
• Produce campaign mechanic to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors i.e analyzing and identifying best-selling SKUs (price points, models, colours or styles).
• PMO all activities and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful campaign.
• Analyze past campaign performance and reporting on the current campaign progress.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc.
• Monitor black stocks / low-performing SKUs and take action to push sell as necessary actions.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree, preferable in Sales / Marketing.
• +3 years of sales experience-- preferable in e-commerce platforms, especially Tik Tok Shop
• Good understanding E-commerce platforms' seller systems such as Seller Center.
• Good communication in English
• Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity
• Great analytical and quantitative skills
• KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce
