E-commerce running and operation (60%)
Develop digital e-commerce plan to meet the client's KPI requirements (Traffic, GMV, Purchases, etc)
Handle campaign implementation, budget planning and management on overall platform (CPAS, Google Performance, Platform ads and others)
Harmonize social media and advertisement overall to impact the sales performance on e-commerce platform (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada)
Forecast performance trends, provide quick-action solution and optimize to meet KPI within a tight period
In charge of reporting on E-commerce campaigns weekly and monthly
Analyze and transform data into actionable, informative output to demonstrate clearly the insights and performance outcomes
Research and structure data or relevant knowledge relating to the client's benefit, in line with business indicators specific to the client's product category (Health, Fashion, Garment, Medicines...)
Handling ad-hoc tasks relating to e-commerce if any
Social Commerce supervisor (40%)
Develop social commerce plan (social affiliate, livestream, affiliate video..) to meet client's KPI requirement
Supervise and QC livestream session in each campaign to match with client's brief and enhance company's livestream standard
Work closely with the influencers/KOLs/KOCs/KOS/Talent team on producing social commerce content (livestream, videos...)

Requirement
At least 1-2 years experience in running campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok or related e-commerce projects. Have strong network within the Vietnamese e-commerce market
At least 1 year in social commerce content production (Livestream, Video, Content creation...)
Good SEO skills, strong mathematics and analyzing skills
Knowledge about livestream technical set-up is a plus
Good at communication skills (English and Vietnamese) both verbal and written
