Mô tả công việc
E-commerce Manager is responsible for planning and managing the business strategy, marketing, human, after-sales service, finance of e-commerce channel.
1. Sale & Marketing:
- Campaign planning for online Marketplace platform: Lazada, Tiki, Sendo (Sale/Marketing/P&L)
- Deploying campaign plan, project management
- Tracking & Analyzing Sale/Marketing Performance
- Reporting & reviewing campaign
- Managing relationship with online platform
- Manage Marketing resource, building online visibility awareness
- Market / Competitors researching & understanding
- Risk Management
2. After Sales Service: Managing Customer Service process & performance
3. Plan and Logistics:
- Managing order status, Delivery performance
- Managing inventory
4. Finance & Accounting:
- Payment & loss management
- Profit / Investment management
5. Overall:
- Responsible for managing Sale/CS/Design online team to achieve company target
- Online Strategy identifying & planning (Sale, Product, Marketing, P&L, Human)

Yêu cầu
- Can speak English or Chinese.
- Understand and learn about Vietnamese Internet culture, online habits, etc.
- Have a certain understanding or interest in electronic products, have patience, have a sense of responsibility for work tasks, have strong communication skills, and have good team awareness.
- Have experienced the sales experience of electronic products, and have experience in the operation of e-commerce companies.
- Priority to graduate of technology or electronics.
- Understand and learn about Vietnamese Internet culture, online habits, etc.
