Ecommerce Manager

At Dragonfly, we are looking to expand our e-commerce business, first in the watches/accessory space and later adding new products and categories from major international brands. This is an incredible opportunity for a young leader with an entrepreneurial mind who is looking to make their mark in the industry. The successful candidate will work side by side with international brands and our marketing team to develop a new channel for our existing and new brands in the market

Job Description
• Oversee the collaboration between team members and stakeholders such as Merchandise, Marketing, Sales team etc... to ensure the performance of ecommerce platforms
• Responsible for content, imagine, product layout, sales price and program on all online distribution platforms
• Analyze platform's statistics, decide and prepare contents (category, products & banners), check & control local warehouse situation, manage irregular inquiries from customer center, plan multi-channel digital activities to boost traffic, and make sure everything is on track to maximize sales & profit.
• Develop close partnerships with marketplaces, payment providers and other services to ensure we have effective online exposure and improve our sales.
• Spearhead major campaigns and work with our marketing team to ensure we have the right content, offers, promotional messages and that these are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
• Spearhead our SEO initiatives from our site
• Ensure that we are constantly collecting customer data and acting in an appropriate way to maximise our chances to sell AND develop a closer relationship with our customers.
• Build and maintain good & professsional relationship with all internal & external stakeholders
