Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead online marketing efforts for the leading mom & baby omnichannel retailer in Vietnam. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving traffic, and boosting online sales through well-planned content and
digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Define and drive total company digital marketing strategy, including performance marketing as well as omnichannel branding efforts
Manage paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Tik Tok other relevant channels
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROAS, Traffic, and New Users
Content Strategy and Management:
Develop and manage content strategy for online channels, including product videos, descriptions, app push and blogs
Create informative, engaging and consistent content that resonates with mom & baby audiences while aligning with the brand's voice and values
Monitor content performance metrics and optimize for engagement and conversions
Market Research and Customer Insights:
Stay updated on customer insights and market trends in the mom & baby segment, as well as ecommerce and digital marketing innovations
Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation
Provide regular reports and insights on market and customer behavior
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to ensure ecommerce marketing efforts align with business goals
Coordinate with creative and UI/UX teams to develop visuals and multimedia content for campaigns
